Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The first case was identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. It has since spread worldwide, leading to an ongoing pandemic.

Whether you’re self-isolating, working from home or social distancing, keeping up your daily routine is still important. Sticking to a routine helped me keep my mind occupied, feel more in control of my circumstances, and helped reduce my stress levels.


Hobbies provide a slice of work-free and responsibility-free time in your schedule. Picking up new hobbies and exploring older ones helped me make the most of my day and became a vital part of my routine.
